Is Legacy of the Void campaign Good?
StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void’s campaign is entertaining, but not quite excellent. Editor’s note: Given StarCraft 2’s split between single-player and multiplayer – and the different demands made by both modes – we’re splitting our impressions, leading with this piece by Paul Dean on the campaign.
How many Legacy of the Void missions are there?
19 missions
The main campaign features 19 missions, with an additional two extra mini-campaigns featuring three missions each. An additional three mission campaign, named Into the Void, serves as an epilogue for Legacy of the Void, and as a conclusive end to the story arc started in StarCraft.
What happens after Legacy of the Void?
While Nova Covert Ops takes place after Legacy of the Void, Blizzard is open to exploring different timelines. We might see flashbacks or tales that take place concurrently with the events from the StarCraft II trilogy. Just don’t count on seeing any of the major characters returning.
How do I get Legacy of the Void?
To do so, follow these steps:
- Log into StarCraft II.
- Choose Campaign at the top of the menu screen.
- Choose your expansion.
- Choose your version.
- Click the Purchase button.
Did Kerrigan become human again?
One of the core elements of Kerrigan’s personality is that of her manipulation by others, and her lack of identity. Her reversion to human form by Raynor allowed her to finally develop an identity for herself, though found her emotions torn between a man that she loved (Raynor) and a man that she despised (Mengsk).
Was Jim Raynor executed?
Raynor is captured by Nova and Mengsk declares that he was executed, much to Kerrigan’s grief. However, Mengsk later contacts Kerrigan and reveals that Raynor is still alive and under his custody, using him as a leverage to have her keep the Zerg swarm, now reunited under her command, away from Dominion Territory.
