Is Charlotte Tilbury Foundation heavy?
Out of all the bases Charlotte Tilbury sells, the Beautiful Skin Foundation is by far my favourite. The Light Wonder looks nice for a bit, but seems to slide off my face and the Airbrush Flawless is heavy and cakey on me, even if I use half a pump.
