Plants have specific needs – light, air, water, nutrients, and space – to survive and reproduce. Almost all plants need these five things to survive: Light. Air.

Are animals harmful?
Some animals are carriers of ailments/ germs and infection that cause diseases to human. They can also caused injuries when you disturbed there habitat. It can cause paralysis of the eye, facial muscles, and death.
What happens if all the animals on the earth die?
Wild forests and grasslands would die because they are adapted to rely on animal decomposers as well as pollinators and seed dispersers. This would cause abrupt loss of rainfall, atmospheric change and climate change. Widespread starvation combined with lack of decomposition would cause rampant disease.
What will happen in a world without animals?
Sure, green algal blooms would cover the entire face of the planet – most of the land and sea – and all plants would remain uncropped and there would be the stench of scavenging fungus which would come to fill the niche left by Earth’s animal decomposers. For there is another bonus to living in a world without animals.
Why Can plants survive without animals?
Respiration. Plants produce both CO2 and O2. Without animals, there would be a higher concentration of O2. If you wanted, you could easily evolve plants that have internal processes that take in environmental oxygen at a higher rate than they use CO2, and perhaps use it to increase mobility and growth.
