Why can’t I make outgoing calls on my magicJack?
Magic Jack Ports are: UDP 5061, TCP 80 and TCP 443. Look at the documentation on your firewall to open the ports and allow outgoing connections. If you are behind a network/external firewall or router, please open port 5060-5070 UDP. Also make sure that the firewall on your router is disabled.
