Are Sways private?
When you create a Sway, it becomes a private web page. It is not posted anywhere and can’t be indexed. This means you won’t be able to find it by searching on a search engine (such as bing.com or google.com) or your company site. If you haven’t shared your Sway with anyone, then only you can see it.
What are the disadvantages of Microsoft sway?
Cons. Sway requires a Microsoft account (but not Office 365). This isn’t bad, just one more place that requires a log-in and has to be managed. Disappointingly, Sways cannot be saved as videos, PDFs, or other file formats that make it compatible with a wider range of publication options.
