I’d definitely recommend iQ to any new student looking for their first year accommodation. Very enjoyable and social experience. Feel safe and secure at all times with the quality of security provided and the staff at iQ are always on hand and helpful.

Is Leeds iQ sociable?
Really close to the university and has very nice rooms. However not that sociable and quite international. This is a shame as it does have potential to be really good but falls a bit flat.

Our buildings are also regularly audited by external, independent consultants. iQ has a full-time, highly qualified, Health and Safety team who visit sites regularly.

Can I cancel my IQ accommodation?
You may cancel your booking or Tenancy Agreement with us subject to the cancellation policy detailed below. iQ Student Accommodation will return your Booking Fee and cancel your booking on receipt of written notice from you.
