Can you replace straps on bindings?

Are snowboard binding toe straps universal?

Straps are not universal, I know this from personal experience. (Actually with 5150 bindings, iirc.) The width of the ladder can vary, and that means some straps won’t fit through some ratchets.

Are binding discs universal?

Their Re:Flex bindings can mount on any snowboard with a 2 x 4 or 4 x 4 mounting system as well as the channel system.
