Joining the Game Our membership is divided into four regions: East, Midwest, South and West. Fifty-four member State Associations make up US Youth Soccer with one in each state, and two in California, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas.

Regional Champion is the winner of your tournament after the tie breaker rounds. They get the first choice to be the Regional Representative because they won. If they cant go, then you go based on their points (matches won) and if that is tied you break the tie based on the global rank.
