Do Dave and Buster gift cards expire?
Dave & Buster’s Plastic Gift Cards are physical gift cards sent to recipients by mail. Dave & Buster’s eGift Cards are sent by email and can be printed out or used by showing the eGift card on your mobile device when paying for your entertainment or meal. Both plastic and eGift cards have no fees or expiration dates.
Can you use a Dave and Buster’s gift card for games?
Yes! While you can’t use a gift card to pay for games directly, you can use your Dave & Busters gift card to pay for a Power Card, which will allow you to easily access Dave & Busters fun arcade games.
How do I check my power card balance?
Power Cards can be managed within the “cards” tab. You can swipe left to select the Power Card and hit the toggle button to make changes to a specific card. You can check the balance with the Check Balance link in the top navigation of the website.
What if you lose your Dave and Busters card?
If a Registered Power Card is lost or stolen, it is the member’s responsibility to notify us immediately by calling (844) 515-5157. Dave & Buster’s is not responsible for any Rewards or Game Play Credits used on a stolen or lost Registered Power Card that has not yet been reported as provided herein.

A Power Card or Power Tap can activate selected games inside Dave & Buster’s. Each game, excluding bowling, billiards, shuffleboard and any other game elected by us to operate by any other system (as will be noted thereupon), located at Participating Locations (“Game(s)”) requires a specified number of chips to play.
