- Shake bottle well prior to application. With circulation pump running, add dose to skimmer.
- Run filter for 48 hours continuously without backwashing or cleaning.
- After 48 hours of filtering, clean/backwash filter.

What happens if you put too much phosphate remover in pool?
If the phosphate level in the water grows above a normal level, it can interfere with a saltwater chlorinator system. The algae will grow faster because the phosphates are food for it. The chlorine in your pool will work toward killing the algae instead of sanitizing the pool.
Can you swim after adding phosphate remover?

Can I add shock and no Phos at the same time?
Yes you still need to shock your pool and use muratic acid to lower the ph. You want to add phosfree when the chlorine level is lower than 5ppm, and you want to wait 48 hours after phosfree to shock your pool. Ph is a completely different issue and muratic acid is the only way to lower it.
Is PHOSfree the same as perfect weekly?
Phosfree is just a phosphate remover. Perfect weekly is a phosphate remover, clarifier, and anti-evaporative.
Does PHOSfree lower pH?
