How do I find my Avios account?
Enter your 9 digit Avios member ID (digits 7-15 of your membership number) to collect Avios on your flight. To find your 9 digit member ID, remove the first 6 numbers and the last number that are displayed on the card. Our website can’t operate properly without essential cookies.
Are my Avios points still valid?
Per the British Airways Executive Club terms and conditions: “Your Avios stay with you as long as you collect, spend, purchase or share at least one Avios every 36 months — any longer and your Avios will expire and be removed.” British Airways is not pausing expiration of Avios due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Can you link Avios accounts?
Household Accounts allow up to seven individuals who live at the same address to ‘pool’ their Avios together into one cumulative Household Account Avios balance which can then be redeemed by all Household Account members.
Can I convert Avios to cash?
Avios themselves, or reward tickets procured using Avios, cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for cash. Any attempts to do so could see your account being closed. Buying Avios is an irreversible transaction!

- You can have British Airways Avios reinstated at no cost as long as they’ve expired in the past three months.

Here is the rule. If you do not earn, spend, purchase or share at least one Avios every 36 months they will expire. However, if you keep your account active and have any miles earning transaction going through your account every three years, your British Airways points will never expire.
How do I claim my Avios points back?
If you find you’re missing some Avios or Tier Points on your account you can claim them back within six months of your flight. New members can even claim Avios and Tier Points for any British Airways flights flown in the three months before joining. You can claim for most flights using our online claim form.
