We’ve found a solution to fixing the issue, this is by using the original exe file from the Steam version of GTA San Andreas. The only hiccup is, this fix won’t work when launching the game from the Rockstar Games Launcher. Then paste the gta-sa.exe in the installation folder.
Is GTA V controller better?
I used both. Controller for flying/driving, keyboard and mouse for on foot controls. Same here mostly. For driving I’ll sometime’s use the controller, if I’m just driving, but it’s so much easier to shoot and drive with mouse and keyboard.
