Why does Disney take so long to answer the phone?
For one, Disney’s call center can be overwhelmed with high demand which can make for multi-hour holds. When the Park Pass system opened, we weren’t even been able to access a hold, just a busy dial tone — yikes. Even when you DO get through, the Cast Member you’re talking to may not have all the answers you need.
